I got these super yummy cookies (and cute picture of potatoes!) from Nicole at Another One Bites the Crust. She sent them to me after I donated to help raise funds for her friend Alex’s expenses (incurred after being hit by a drunk driver and being hospitalized). Another One Bites the Crust is a great blog that has awesome recipes and photography. It’s especially great if you or a friend are vegan, vegetarian, or have any kind of alternative diet. (I personally eat EVERYTHING, but I love exploring new foods!)
I actually received these in the mail October 16th, but I’ve been slacking just a little lately on updating. Oh, and my boyfriend didn’t even know these cookies were vegan and he devoured them. The entire package was gone in twenty four hours, just between the two of us (eep!).
